UK & International Shipping Rates
All UK & International Shipping Rates are calculated at the Check Out stage of your order.
UK Delivery with an order value of £75 or over qualifies for free delivery.
International delivery (to applicable countries) with an order value of £120 or over qualifies for free delivery.
Delivery – Are you in the EU?
All shipments to the EU are now being despatched on a 'Delivered Duty Unpaid' basis and may be subject to import duties and taxes once your order reaches the designated country. Before you order please keep in mind that, due to Brexit, currently each EU country is now charging different rates of import taxes plus administration fee. Unfortunately, we have no control over what rates are chosen by your country and therefore would like to ensure you are aware that costs will be incurred.
Please note, if the shipment is refused on account of import duty and the order is returned to us, our admin fee plus any return shipping costs and associated fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.
UK & International Shipping
Orders for delivery within the UK and outside of the UK are shipped via our fulfillment partner and a signature may be required for all orders. Please note that you will need to take responsibility for any import duties in your own country. We are unable to advise on the rates as they vary according to country. Our primary aim is to make sure you receive your items as quickly as possible. Sometimes you may order something that is not immediately available. When this happens, you will receive written confirmation of your order and we will contact you to advise if anything is not in stock with an expected delivery date.
When merchants outside the EU ship orders to customers in EU member countries, then the following import and duty rules apply:
For orders that are equal to or less than 150 EUR, VAT is applied.
For orders that are greater than 150 EUR, import VAT and duties are applied.
